As a real estate broker, I’ve been able to help my clients find their dream homes over the years.
I received my Real Estate sales license in 2005 and began working with Coldwell Banker in Sacramento, CA. As time passed and the market changed, 2007 and the market changed over time. I realized that my clients would benefit from having an advisor who could help them during downtimes and when things were going well.
Unfortunately, at that time, my brokerage did not allow for flexibility in services to meet the needs of individual clients. Therefore, in 2007, I applied for a broker’s license and opened my real estate and mortgage brokerage. Since then, my company has grown alongside my client base, and we have been able to help more people buy and sell homes than ever before.
